You might think you don't need a massage, or that a massage would be nice but you don't have the time. Ask yourself, "Do you truly feel good, or just think you do?" The truth is, routine massages are essential to people that realize how important feeling good is to their everyday lives. Although you don't need to get a massage everyday, that monthly massage is critical. I know that my client' massage is just as important to them as regularly washing their hair. Depriving themselves from this type of "me time" could not only expedite aging, but also cost them that sharp and competent effectiveness they work so hard towards maintaining in their every day life. We all know that to look good, we must feel good. It only makes sense that a regular massage will get us feeling our best, which will in turn facilitate us looking our best. Don't wait until you're in pain to schedule your massage. Massages do work wonders, however, dependant upon the severity of your pain, it might not be the instant healing miracle you were expecting. However, if you routinely follow through with your massage regiment, you will avoid allowing most any pain from getting too severe. Another important consideration is that most massage therapists won't give you all the time you paid for. If you schedule a 30-minute massage, most start the clock from the moment you arrive. This means you lose precious massage time while you're undressing and dressing before and after your massage. That's not the case with me. My clients receive a maximized massage session every time they come in. |
